Terms of purchase

These general conditions apply to purchases on the website www.pearlenze.se. By placing an order at www.pearlenze.se, you agree to the conditions stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct

Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. We reserve the right to change the price if an item has the wrong price. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the price is written incorrectly.

Deliveries

Pearly skincare normal delivery times are 3-10 working days, orders placed on weekends are sent the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur, without us notifying you of this, please contact us via email. If, in the event of such a delay, you are no longer interested in the purchase, you must cancel the order yourself. If the shipment has already been shipped, you must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation is received via email.

Pearly Skincare reserves the right to update shipping costs when necessary. It is important that correct and valid delivery information is provided in the order. For orders that have not been picked up, Pearly Skincare charges an administrative fee of SEK 250.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order from us. The customer is responsible for checking that the products are undamaged in connection with delivery. The item must be returned to us in unopened packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. Pearly Skincare does not take back opened products due to health and hygiene reasons.

If you want to cancel your purchase, please let us know via email info@pearlenze.se. Return costs are paid by the customer himself.

Return processing takes approx. 1-3 weeks. Remember to send your return with a trackable function and save the receipt so that we can replace you even if the package is lost.

Complaint

If you want to advertise an item, please contact customer service info@pearlenze.se and we will sort it out. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
